The Molise DOC is located in the southern part of central Italy. The region's coastal climate makes for Sangiovese that is more rustic than its Tuscan counterparts that are sometimes heavier and richer. This Sangiovese is full of tomato leaf, cocoa, eucalyptus, dried fig and potpourri.
