Terre di Chieti is a small hamlet in Abruzzo near the Adriatic sea. It's proximity to the sea for salty breezes and abundant sunlight produce a ripe, almost luscious Sangiovese. The wine is then aged in large French oak barrels for 3 months where it gains a soft and supple tecture. You'll find ripe red cherry, red strawberry and baked plum with light notes of spice. Pair with anything Italian - like eggplant parmesan or a class pizza for a wonderful pairing.
