85% Glera, 15% Pinot Noir
Only recently have the laws in Veneto changed to allow the name 'Prosecco' to be applied to rose sparklers! This pale pink bubbly is made in the traditional Prosecco method - with the secondary fermentation happening in a stainless steel tank, as opposed to in a glass bottle. It offers lush aromas of wild strawberry and brambly raspberry, with a creamy mouthfeel and delicate bubbles. Drink on its own or with a plate of shoestring french fries with an herbed lemon crème fraiche dipping sauce.
