Cederberg - Bukettraube

You may have never heard of it, but Bukettraube is a really cool variety from South Africa. Since the area was settled by the Danish there are many Danish named grape varieties and wineries. Cederberg is named after the WO or wine of origin "Cederberg!" This area is in the protected flora and fauna area in South Africa and is special in that only this winery resides here. The wines have good acidity and lots of fruit. Bukettraube always has a touch of sweetness and lots of apricot, peach, lemon and tropical fruit flavors! Pair with some salty snacks or a cheese platter for sweet and salty flavors.
