Cofama Vins was founded in 2002 with the goal of bringing quality wines from small vineyards to the rest of the world, with a focus in the Catalan region of Spain.The subregion of Monsant, where this wine hails from, has a warm Mediterranean climate and altitudes of up to 700m, creating wines that are both interesting and easy to enjoy. Pleasantly ripe cherry, fresh strawberries and red plum dominate the palate. Enjoy it with grilled salmon, roasted pork tenderloin or tomato-based sauces.
