The Bohigas family has been growing grapes since 1290! They are dedicated to organic viticultural, using indigenous varieties and focusing on tradition. This 100% Xarel-lo, a white variety commonly used in blends for sparkling Cava production, is still, dry, citrusy, floral and delicious. The variety has inherent notes of green apple and has high acidity. This Xarel-lo would be amazing with fish dishes or something with vegetables, like an asparagus tart.
