From the village of Méntrida in Spain comes this blend of Garnacha, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Grown in the vineyard of La Dehesa, the wine was fermented in whole bunches and aged in large used barrels. This technique produces a deeply colored red wine with soft tannins and juicy fruit. You'll find cherries, raspberries, notes of violet and dried herbs and spice. It's a perfect wine for a cheese and meat platter or some authentic chorizo tacos.
