Franco Penna credits his parents for instilling in him a deep reverence for nature: "I work mechanically, not with chemicals." He is dedicated to using organic methods to single-handedly maintain his 5-hectare family vineyard, where the vines wend their way through calcium-rich soil to reach underground springs. Boundlessly fresh fruit is achieved through careful hand-harvesting from 50-year-old vines. This moscato features ripe peach and honeydew melon with tiny bubbles.
