For three generations the Woodwards have run Jefferson Vineyards. In 1981, the family replanted the vines to begin a flourishing winery in Virginia. With years of European farming knowledge under their belts, Jefferson Vineyards has become what it is today. This Chardonnay is lively and fresh. You'll find notes of green apple, lemon, peach, and a hint of spice. Together you have a wonderfully crisp white that is best served with seafood, ceviche, a cheese platter, or light vegetable tarts.
