Jose Antonio Garcia 'Unculin'- Blanco

We love getting this white blend in every year! The producer makes organic wines in the region of Bierzo in northwest Spain. As you enter into the most western and northern region of Galicia, you pass through Bierzo. The region produces reds from Mencia, but also whites like this one. A blend of Doña Blanca and Godello the wine is medium-bodied with lemon, white flowers and green honeydew melon flavors. It's got enough weight to pair with pork tenderloin, roasted chicken or even seared tuna.
