White 1 - Oniric Xarello - This is a Wine Feed exclusive! Xarello is a blending grape used in the production of Cava, but here, it is featured still, and solo!  We love the texture, aromatics, perfume, and minerality in this wine. It is something that over delivers sip after sip. It is something you can pop open and enjoy, or you can pair it with really interesting foods and have a very “geeky” wine conversation about it.

White 2 - La Lisse 'Soie d'Ivoire' - Chenin Blanc - Translated, it means, “ivory silk” this is Chenin Blanc with pure finesse and a spine that has found a home in the Pyrenees foothills where late harvest grapes create a fruit packed, crunchy wine. Notes of lemon, peach and brioche are complemented by partial vinification in used French oak.

Red 1 - Paris Valley Road ‘Founder’s Red’ - This blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, & Merlot is a very showy wine. It is big and rich with concentrated fruits and showcases qualities of all the grapes featured in the blend. It is a perfect wine for pretty much any occasion. All of these grapes make for a wine that is big and bold, with grippy tannins, notes of sugarplum, cassis, black cherry, and decadent cocoa.

Red 2 - Biftu - Bobal - It is a medium bodied wine, similar to Cotes du Rhone in taste and in profile. Bobal is a grape that is very hard to come by and is always a crowd pleaser. It hails from Southern Spain in the Utiel Requena DO and is treated with several months of oak aging to help balance the tannins and profive a soft edge to the finish. It will be very different from the Paris Valley Road, yet the same palates will really like the wine!
