In 1965 David planted his first vines of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris – and the rest, as they say, is history. David believes in gentle winemaking, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal intervention. This sparkling rosé has notes of pear and citrus rind, soft bubbles, and finishes with flavors of wild strawberry and blood orange.
