France celebrates Bastille Day in July, so what better way to celebrate than with French cuisine! Join us with Head Chef Taylor Halley as we expertly pair 5 delicious French-inspired courses with world-class wines!
1st Course: Tuna Niçoise with endive, caper berries, anchovy breadcrumbs, and sauce gribiche
2nd Course: Wild Mushroom Ragout with frisee, fine herbs, a 63 degree egg and crostini
3rd Course: Seared scallops with sweet corn soubise, roasted asparagus, sweet peas, and ramp pesto
4th Course - Moulard duck breast, whipped parsnip puree, charred leeks, black cherry gastrique and celery root chips
Dessert: Salted caramel creme brûlée, apple compote, and Marcona almond tuile
