1st Course: Ratatouille en croûte with feta, and puffed pastry
2nd Course: Grilled lamb chops with tabouli salad and preserved lemon tzatziki
3rd Course: Seafood paella with shrimp, clams, mussels, carolina gold rice and squid ink aioli
4th Course: Assorted fresh fruits with Greek honey
