Going out to a crowded restaurant on Valentine's Day is not for the faint of heart, so plan an amazing night out with us just a week later! You've heard of the 4 elements: water, earth, wind, and fire; now it is time to experience them as delectable dishes! This 5-course dinner prepared by our new Head Chef Taylor Halley--with wine for each course expertly picked by our team.
Water Course: Rock shrimp aguachile, with crispy rice noodles, avocado mousse, chilli
Earth Course: Smoked cauliflower, mushroom duxelle, crispy capers, roasted red pepper hollandaise
Wind (Air) Course: Stuffed quail, truffle espuma, cippollini onion, carrots
Fire Course: Venison rack, blackberry demiglace, charred radicchio
Dessert: Chocolate mousse, dark chocolate cake, macerated strawberries, chocolate cookie crumble
