Vincent Wine company has been producing natural wines since 2009. From the Eola Hills in Willamette Valley in Oregon, Vincent Fritzsche produces a range of wines including Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay. While Chardonnay typically falls in California's expertise, Vincent's "Tardive" level hits this style out of the park! "Tardive" refers to the French term for "late." This Chardonnay spends a longer time in barrel (between 16-18 months). The wine also undergoes malolactic conversion, adding creamy, buttery flavors that extend to the finish. If you're a fan of full-flavored Chardonnay, you'll be remiss if you don't give this one a try!
