Meat-lovers rejoice! Cheese seems to get all of the 'street cred' in the wine paring world, but the food pairing for this class will be amazing meats from around the world!  

Join us as we give a brief introduction to the world of charcuterie (which traditionally does not include cheese), and then dive into how to pair amazing wines with it. We will be tasting four selections + four types of charcuterie with different flavor profiles. There maybe even a little spiciness, so be prepared!
