While this may not be a classic region for sparkling wine, the high altitude vineyards located throughout the Uco Valley allow the Pinot Noir to become ripe enough to develop flavors of ripe strawberries, candied cherry and pink lemonade while retaining enough acidity to keep things refreshing!
