This red, dry sparkler is made from Lambrusco grapes from Lambrusco! It's a set of grapes and regions in and around Modena in Italy. The wine is amazing with pizza and Baldini's "Montelocco" is even more impressive with spicier pizza. The full blackberry, cherry and raspberry fruit tames spice and refreshes the palate. Lambrusco, although a dry red, is meant to be chilled so it's great for red wine drinkers in the summertime.
