This pale pink rose hailing from France is perfect for the (hopefully) warmer weather and sunshine. Each grape is harvested at night from clay and limestone soils. Zesty, crisp notes of candied watermelon make this wine a great match for grilled chicken or a feta and olive salad although it’s also incredible on its own.
