The second label from Noble Hill Winery in Paarl, Bloem is a blend of 80% Chenin Blanc and 20% Viognier. Chenin Blanc is South Africa's oldest and most widely planted grape variety. It is high in acid and has lime and apple notes. Viognier adds weight and earthiness. Together the wine shows flavors of citrus blossom, stone fruit, and creamy peach flavors.
