Your satisfaction is very important to us at The Wine Feed. It is our goal to deliver your product promptly and in excellent condition.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at contact@thewinefeed.com. We would appreciate the opportunity to solve the problem.
It is important to remember that your receipt or invoice will be required for any return or credit.
No returns will be accepted and no credits will be provided after 30 days of the ship date regardless of any other circumstance.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
In the event your order is damaged while being shipped to you please contact us. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to us for quality control information and will determine this once contacted. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund, or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.
DISSATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY/TASTE OF WINE RECEIVED
While all wine sold is guaranteed to be of good quality, sometimes there can be a bad bottle. In the event you do experience a problem with the quality/taste of a bottle, please do not dump the wine out or throw away the bottle. Recork the wine and contact us to provide the details of your problem along with your name, invoice number, and a phone number and time we can reach you.
At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase less the original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.
The Wine Feed cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if the wine is not received the first time UPS attempts to deliver. If there is no one home to sign for it, the wine may be held in a UPS facility that is not temperature controlled.
