50% Syrah, 50% Tempranillo

D.O. La Mancha, Spain

This rather complex red blend is comprised of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Syrah. It comes from the La Mancha region in spain, which is actually the largets continuous vine-growing region in the world. Located in warm and sunny central spain, the grapes see a bit of a stuggle with a dry growing season, but this forces them to produce more flavor and make for a pretty impressive red blend.
