From the Italian Piedmont, this wine comes from a relatively young winery and a young female winemaker, Chiara Penati. Despite the fact that the first vintage was only a decade ago in 2010, Chiara and her husband are doing incredible things on their organic farm. This blend of Cortese, Favorita and Timorasso is fermented in stainless steel and concrete and is aged on the lees for 6 months. On the palate you will find zippy green apple with refreshing minerality.
This is an excellent wine for a mushroom pizza.
