Established in the cool and coastal wine region of Paso Robles, Adelaida has been producing estate-bottled, organically farmed, exceptional wines in 1,000 feet of elevation since 1974. Cultivating French varietals grown on 12-year-old vines in limestone and clay soil, Adelaida has been celebrated across the world and is known for creating high quality wines. This full-bodied blend is 90% Zinfandel and 10% Petite Syrah, and is aged for 15 months in neutral French and Hungarian oak. With notes of black currant, sweet tobacco, and a touch of smoke throughout, this wine showcases its elegance in every sip. Pair this with carnitas, chicken tikka masala, and bolognese.
