This is a 100% Nebbiolo from Barolo in the Italian Piedmont. Spicy aromas of star anise, ground clove and underbrush align with a whiff of menthol. It's ripe and full bodied, offering Marasca cherry, juicy cranberry, licorice and tobacco framed in densely woven, fine-grained tannins.
