Alla Costiera's vineyards are situated on the western side of the Euganean hills, which contains soils of calcareous origin and marine sediment (marl), which in turn give the wines an interesting minerality and flavor. The Rosso Cortiera cuvee shows bright fruit flavors of raspberry, cherry and blackberry, with violet and spice notes on the finish. Pair with mushroom ravioli or roasted pork tenderloin.
