This 55 hectare family run estate is one of the absolute best in Alto Adige. They take a wholistic approach to winemaking and practice biodynamic growing in the vineyards. This grape Schiava is light and tart and related to Malvasia, Muscat and Bonarda. It has the aromatics of some of these grapes and a spicy black pepper backbone that help it pair nicely with heavier foods.
