Aged for 8 months in oak and 6 months in bottle, this wine was grown on rich volcanic soil. On the nose you'll find ripe cherries and hints of black pepper. The aromas are expressed throughout the wine within a velvety texture. Cherries and eucalyptus notes play nicely with the well balanced tannins in the glass. Pair this wine with roasted meats and season cheeses.
