Founded by the Aresca brothers, Luigi and Piero, in 1952, Aresca winery is now run by second and third generation family members who maintain their reputation for beautiful, high quality wines. Practicing organic cultivation in the Monferrato region of Italy, Aresca is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and continues to manage their vineyards with bare minimum treatments and manual harvesting. Using 100% Grignolino grapes, this still red wine has notes of black plum, white pepper, and bing cherries in the mouth. Pair with fritto misto, charcuterie, and flan.
