This certified-organic Chenin Blanc made by Arnaud Lambert is grown in the coldest section of the Breze hill, where the limestone rich soil brings a robust minerality to this balanced yet vigorous wine. Aged 90% in stainless steel and 10% in old French oak barrels, this wine is aromatically sweet with notes of pear, ripe lemon, and herbal tea. The acidity and dryness help this wine to hold its own alongside soft cheeses, poultry, and richer fish such as tuna and salmon.
