Sourced from 15 different plots on Abalos, the grapes are hand harvested and destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 
The wine undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation in new oak and then finishes its aging for 11-13 months in a combination of French oak barrels. 
On the nose, expect this wine to be open and aromatic, with fresh notes of wild red fruit, and licorice. Pairs best with garlic chicken with olives.
