This organic Catalan sparkling wine is made in the méthode traditionnelle. 100% free run juice, aged 18 to 22 months before being disgorged. The resulting soft mouth-feel, golden apple flavors, and finishing mineral lift give the impression that this fine sparkler could easily be mistaken for a high-end Champagne.
