Located just an hour outside of Cape Town, this female-owned South African winery is one of the oldest working Cape Dutch farms, dating back to 1692. Today, the wine estate is over 200 hectares where you can find a garden, hotel, restaurant and more. This dry, crisp, medium-bodied white blend is made up of 49% Chenin Blanc, 14% Viognier, 21% Chardonnay, 10% Semillon and 6% Sauvignon Blanc giving it refreshing yet complex tasting notes of tropical fruit including pineapple, lime and melon.
