Badenhorst 'The Curator' - white blend

Badenhorst has been around for a very long time. They are one of the oldest wineries in South Africa and produce an array of wines. The winemaker and importer wanted to produce a wine for the masses and at a low price - thus The Curator was born. This white blend takes Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay and brings them together to make a refreshing white with a little bit of creaminess on the palate. This texture along with acidity is wonderful for pairing with food! Even as a white you could pair this with grilled pork, kabobs or anything with cheese.
