This French Winery was first known for its land and more specifically, its underground quarry, where stone was once taken to create famous architectural feats such as the Notre-Dame de Paris. Today, the quarry acts as the winery’s underground cellar. This rose Cremant is a blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Gamay creating the perfect blend for a light bodied bubbly with notes of red berry fruit and a creamy finish. Pair with a charcuterie board or smoked fish.
