95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon
Founded by husband and wife duo Rob and Deborah Griffin in 1983, they were joined by their daughter Megan in 2010 who now works alongside her father and oversees the estate’s white wine production. This family-owned estate has won many awards in its time of production, becoming a celebrated winery in the US. This full-bodied wine is a blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon and is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Crisp notes of citrus, pear, melon, and guava are present throughout. Pair with oysters, lemon-butter grilled fish, and fresh salads with vinaigrette dressing.
