This family-run winery located in Washington state has always made interesting wines! This Sauvignon Blanc is textbook with notes of pear, melon, citrus zest and high in acid. The Columbia Valley receives plenty of sunlight so their Sauvignon Blanc takes on some riper tropical fruit characteristics and pleasant streak of honey. Sure to be great with goat cheese, this wine could stand up to an alfredo pasta or grilled fish in a beurre blanc.
