This is a compelling blend of mostly Vermentino and Grenache Blanc small doses of Clairette, Ugni Blanc, Marsanne, Viognier, and Roussanne), that has a lot of body and a lot of minerality. This is a beautifully made wine that pairs well with a number of foods and certainly helps out when feeling indecisive about what you might be in the mood for!
Pairs well with grilled corn, lemon, and ricotta pasta!
