Located in the northern wine region of Burgundy sits Baudouin Millet, an estate of 16 hectares producing wines focused on the purest form of the grape. Grown in Kimmeridgian soil, the most prominent type of soil of Chablis, they have been certified “High Environmental Value” since 2020. This mineral-forward medium-bodied wine has notes of tangerine, nectarine, pineapple, and passion fruit that’s rounded out with a zesty finish. Pair this wine with lobster rolls, linguine with clams, and French cheeses.
