Bellula is tucked away in the Languedoc region and is a joint venture between Vianney Castan (owner of the Château St- Jean d’Aumières) and JP Bourgeois. Aged in stainless steel for 7 months, this wine represents the perfect balance of fruit and acidity. Made from 100% Chardonnay, you can expect notes of citrus and tropical fruits including mango supported by a creamy body and minerally finish. It can be enjoyed all on its own or paired with a seafood dish.
