Bernard Defaix, a fourth generation family operated winery began in 1959 with only 2 hectares of vines. Fast forward to today and you’ll find 27 hectares and an abundance of incredible wines. Saint Bris, France is located in the Loire Valley is the only part of Burgundy that is able to produce Sauvignon Blanc. This is the closest you’ll get to Sancerre quality without the Sancerre price tag. Sugar snap peas, lime, lemongrass, and beautiful texture cross the palate in absolute harmony. Pair this with lobster or a fresh citrus salad.
