Antonio Bergamo founded this Italian winery in 1955 and it is still family-owned and operated by his sons today. The winery itself is organically farmed and lies right between the DOC zones for Prosecco and Friuli Grave. The soils here are gravelly producing a wonderful minerality in their white grapes. Made from 100% Glera, this Prosecco has soft bubbles with tasting notes of meyer lemon, white flowers and a creamy finish. It is incredibly versatile and can pair with many foods ranging from charcuterie boards to dark chocolate desserts.
