Founded in 2018, Bideona has a specialized focus on terroir-driven wines cultivated from vines that date back to the 1920s. These old vines are grown on limestone soil and yield highly concentrated fruit which bring the distinct characteristics of the vineyards to life in the bottle. This medium-bodied wine is grown on hillside vineyards and is aged in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels for 2-3 years. In your glass expect to find notes of cherries, thyme, and raspberries with a rounded-out balance of acidity and tannins. Pair with baked goat cheese, herb-roasted potatoes, and slow-cooked ribs.
