Bidoli - Merlot

In 1924 Alessandro Bidoli founded Bidoli Vini Winery near the village of San Daniele Del Friuli in northern Italy, and three generations later the family is still producing award winning wines. This Merlot shows rich red raspberry and red currant flavors, and has soft velvety tannins. Pair this with roast pork tenderloin or powerful cheeses such as aged cheddar or Gorgonzola.
