Located in Sardinia, Italy this winery started as a passion project in 2001 for owner Sara Spanu that has since gone on to win multiple awards. The wine grown on this island is truly unmatched and Vermentino is the only white varietal Binzamanna grows. Vermentino is the most famous white varietal of Sardinia and is very resistant to disease and bad weather. These grapes are grown about 300 meters above sea level in calcerous soil, creating a balanced fresh, medium-body white. On the palate it is soft, yet fresh with a light bitter almond aftertaste. Pair this wine with fish-based dishes or young cheeses.
