Birichino, meaning 'naughty' in Italian, makes this Malvasia from vine cuttings brought from Calabria. It's incredibly perfumed with aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle, and lime. The grapes were crushed and pressed and left on skins overnight to add a bit more texture and body. Pair this with Cajun (or spicy) Shrimp Pasta!
