Bloem Red Blend - Syrah/ Mourvedre

From the winery, Noble Hill, comes this side project known as Bloem, or "flower" in danish. In South Africa, the vineyards get plenty of sunlight and warmth to produce well-ripened grapes. A classic blend of 95% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre, the wine is full of black fruits - blackberry, black cherry and blackcurrant. Best paired with foods with exotic spices!
