Focusing on organically farmed vineyards, Bodegas Venta La Vega is owned and operated by MGWines Group. With head winemaker Jose Angel Martinez at the helm working in tandem with oenologist Raúl Pérez, this mountainous estate is cultivating celebrated wines around the world. ‘Adaras Aldea’ is made of 50% Garnacha Tintorera, 30% Garnacha, and 20% Syrah and is fermented for 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 3 month aging in oak barrels. Notes of ripe red fruit are met with a touch of spice and well-balanced tannins. Pair with grilled sausages, aged cheeses, and duck confit.
