Bodegas Venta La Vega is an organic winery located in the Almansa region of Spain and is made up of 850 hectares of land where the soils are rich in limestone and clay. They harvest their grapes at night when it is cold ensuring that the acidity is at its highest. This particular white is made from a blend of 23% Verdejo and 77% Sauvignon Blanc, both of which are grown on vines over 15 years old, making it aromatic and complex. Tasting notes of kiwi, lime and starfruit complemented by plenty of acidity and mineralty make this wine super food friendly. Pair with seafood or a light vegetable dish.
