Cabriola is all about partnership - the equestrian maneuver that the wine takes its name from is a product of a close understanding between horse and rider, and is perfected over years of practice. This blend, reflective of the close bond between winemaker and terroir, is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks before being blended and left to rest in oak barrels for 12 months. The initial scent and flavor on the palate is dark cherry, with smooth, refined tannins and a hint of baking spice.
